Used exclusively to respond to information requests.
There is no newsletter, and the data are not used for marketing purposes.

Technical data generated by the use of the Website (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited, access times), processed in aggregated/anonymous form for security and statistical purposes.

The Website uses

- Contacts: for the time necessary to fulfill the request and in any case no longer than 12 months, unless required for legal or defense purposes.
- Technical data/cookies: only for the time necessary for operation and aggregated statistics.
6. Data Disclosure
Data may be processed by authorized personnel and by technical providers (e.g., hosting, website maintenance) appointed as
Data Processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
No public disclosure is made.
7. Bookings through External Services (Beddy)
The Website does not handle direct bookings: the booking button redirects to an external page of
Beddy.
In this context, data processing is carried out under the responsibility of Beddy as an
independent data controller.
Users are encouraged to consult the relevant privacy policy on the Beddy platform.
8. Data Transfers outside the EU
No data transfers outside the EU/EEA are foreseen.
Any future needs will comply with Articles 44–49 GDPR (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
